The Allotment - 11th October 2002

So far we (mainly Gill) have cleared the main overgrowth, and prepared fruit bushes/canes, planted the onions and strawberries.

Lots of tip runs, burning of dead grass and plants from the overgrown original state.

Having got to a basic clearance and the immediate planting that needed to be done sorted, pruning of fruit bushes and canes tieing back, mulching and ground cover. Initial planting was replanting original and some new strawberries, new onion stock.
