Gallery of Caversham Snow 6th January 2010

6th January 2010 early hours, after the snow started at 4pm previous day and did not stop for about 24 hours. This level of snow was three times as much as on 21st December 2009, and that batch had not long disappeared.

No one was going anywhere much except by foot or sledging in the snow. Schools were due back but closed as most could not staff in, or busses to take children to and fro.

Various pictures from 3 am to 11 am, in our area on the day of the snow.
